Welcome to the new Seattle Stonewall FC website!

Stonewall F.C. is Seattle's premier gay men's soccer team. We are also the men's competitive team within the Rain City Soccer Club. We play year round in the Greater Seattle Soccer League and indoor at Starfire Sports Complex during the winter season. We like to play hard, have fun and win!

Stonewall F.C. also assembles a team to compete in regional, national, and international tournaments including the OutGames, Gay Games and the International Gay and Lesbian Football Association (IGLFA) World Championships.

Stonewall Gangsters need to raise bail!

We are all blessed to be a part of a soccer team that kicks ass, travels internationally and treats each other like family. We continually break down stereotypes through competitive soccer. Let's continue our mission to be connected to our community and give back. Let's help Rise-n-Shine in their mission to offer programs and services to help kids and teens affected by HIV/AIDS.

We are excited to tell you that we have another opportunity to do so. We have teamed up with Rise-n-Shine for their 14th annual event, The Big Bail Out! Rise-n-Shine was so excited about Stonewall's participation with Christmas Sponsor a Team that they asked us back to help. Remember how good that felt knowing you were helping a teen affected by HIV / AIDS?

The Big Bail Out is a fun event that transforms a portion of the Broadway Grill into a jail cell. "Outlaws" are "arrested" by Rise n' Shine Deputies and jailed. Each team of "jailees" are "sentenced" to one hour's time where they can call friends and family to "bail" them out. While this is an event, the majority of the money is raised beforehand through online donations / checks / or even gathering CC info. The event is really a celebration where teams dress up in western style, continue to raise money but tally up the total money raised. Brian joined last year and it was tons of fun!

Stonewall Gangsters bail is $1,000. With all of us gangsters this is definitely possible and will make an great impact on Rise-n-Shine as this money is used to send kids to camp. We have our own online account page that can take online donations. This is the easiest way! And if you can, attend the Big Bail Out Event. Let's show our support and have a fun day at the event, on Wednesday, March 28. Our time slot is 6:30 - 7:30.

"Rise n' Shine had such a powerful and generous end to 2011. For the first time ever, we had gift sponsors for every single child in our program (typically we've filled in any blanks as needed). Volunteers came out in droves to help us sort, shop and deliver gifts to over 130 kids.
